Hi, are we allowed to say which hospital we are treated are? Area we live in?
Yup, you can share whatever you're comfortable sharing.
I'm in Leeds and I'm under the Leeds Teaching Hospitals. I've been touring them all, and all their wings, and most bloomin departments. Lol. But the specific cancer bit is usually at the St James in Leeds.

I have no medical training, everything I post is an opinion or educated guess. It is not medical advice.
I’m in Ontario Canada currently being seen in my small town of Thunder Bay on the mouth of Lake Superior largest fresh water lake in the world. I will be going to Toronto to a specialized lymphoma centre at one of the top five cancer centres in the world. I see the hematologist there July 15tg. I believe I have an option to continue at Princess Margaret Hospital. If so I will choose that with the rarity of the lymphoma Mantle Cell my age only 45 when it usually hits males over 60 and even than it’s rare. The fact I have been treated with chemo for childhood cancer and thyroid cancer in my 20s has done havoc on my body already. Certain drugs cannot be used as I have already had the lifetime maximum. Waiting for a decision when we will start treatment!
Hi
I get my cancer care at University College London. Hospital, or UCLH. It’s on the Tottenham Court Road. There’s a cancer centre that was set up in collaboration with Macmillan and has pretty much all the services in one building. I used to go there but I’m currently being treated at the early trials unit in a separate building. UCLH is a leading research centre, including for women’s cancers.
I’m treated at North Wales Cancer Centre, Bodelwyddan, had excellent care, they do trials too just came off one due to growth so now on new treatment
Hi I'm being treated at Clatterbridge Cancer Centre. Can I ask why you're asking ?
I have been treated there for 6 years at their outreach centre at Aintree University Hospital. They've kept me going all these years and it's literally 5 minutes from my home so I am very happy with my treatment from them.
Getting to the sharp end now so may have to transfer to a specialist Trial Centre like the Liverpool Royal or Christie's Manchester.
Only to see if anyone is local and hopefully one day sort a get together
I’m being treated at NCCC in Newcastle. Very happy with the care I’m receiving. Also seeing Endocrine team at another hospital. I’ve no reason to think they’re not on the ball medically but communication leaves a lot to be desired.
I am at Jimmy's in Leeds and i have had excellent care there for the last five years apart from two consultants in the assessment ward who really need some training in bedside manner.Lynn 2
I’m at Southend in Essex and have nothing but praise for every single member of staff I’ve come into contact with. I have been so lucky for the last 5 years I’ve been with them
