Hi all
I'm not getting notifications now either to this group, strangely I am receiving notifications for a different group that I belong to.
In addition, the links on the discussions page aren't working at all. I have to get in by going elsewhere. I can't remember how, and I don't want to leave this to find out because sure as sheep are sheep, this will not be here when I try to return.
Perhaps someone, maybe a CC, could flag this up to admin, I'm not sure how to get them.

Hi tvman,
I hope you don't mind me popping on here, I came across your post and thought it best to reach out to you.
I'm sorry to see that you are not receiving any notifications for this group, we can certainly look into this and look to resolve this issue.
I'm also sorry to see that some links are not working correctly- would it be possible if you could email us on commmunity@macmillan.org.uk with a little bit more detail and any screenshots of the issues you are facing?
This will give us a better understanding of what you are experiencing and allow us to investigate further.
Kindest regards,
Jess

Hi Tvman, Just to let you know you are not alone! I used to be in a few groups here but when I started having problems, I clicked the notifications OFF on all but the Living with Incurable Cancer Group. However the few I do get, go into the Junk mail. I keep clicking "this is not Junk" but it hasn't made a difference. On the Posts, if it says 1of 3 pages, it sometimes won't allow me to click to the next page, so by the time I find it there are 5 pages and I've missed the boat! I know how frustrated you feel, as this is my lifeline too at this time of night!
Admin are looking into it for me and have emailed me and I have replied. Even since I joined here the membership has increased and keeps increasing! It must be a very difficult thing to try to control.
I use an iPad and have bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab but since coming out of hospital, I just can't seem to concentrate on it, so will wait a while and then contact admin BEFORE using it, just to make sure I put in the correct settings! Hang on in there and do what I do and apologise for being late to the chat! Hope you get some sleep!

OOPS!!! Sorry Tvman, I just realised this is dated yesterday about this time. I click on "Latest Activity" to try to keep up to date. Although I looked several times yesterday, this has just been added as if it is a New Post. Sorry!

Hi everyone
Can't believe it, but everything is working again, even the discussion page links. Jess, if you took the matter for investigation and you have sorted it, then thank you from me.
Annette, I changed my notification to "send me every update". I receive notifications by email every time, do you? Then where it says at the bottom of every post,
You are currently subscribed to every update from this group
I have changed my selection of every day, to "send me every update" and that has done the trick.
Tvman xx
Hi Tvman, Glad your now sorted out! I've just checked and that's the selection I have already chosen. "send me every update"! Maybe I should try changing mine to "every day"! I'm sure it will eventually get back to how it used to be. Pleased you are back on track!
