My diagnosis is stage 3c primary perotineal cancer. I had debulking surgery and HIPEC. I've noticed that some places don't have that option.

How are you after having your debulking surgery and HIPEC?
I assume from your subject title that you're based in California. I don't know from your post if you mean that other places in America or other places in the world don't have the same treatment that you've had. Maybe you could post about this in the peritoneal cancer group, which I can see you've posted in before, as you'll then connect directly with others who may or may not have had the same treatment as you.
