Hi fellow travellers, I am 11 months post radical cystectomy, and have a bag for life. I am considering getting back to Parkrun. Has anyone else done this, and tips have got? Cheers
Hi Leo1 I have no experience in this but you may any to join our dedicated Ileostomy, colostomy and stoma support group, put up the same post and see if there are any members with experience.
