Hi have applied for the online hope course as I'm trying to feel better within myself sick and tired of these feelings has anyone done this course and did they benefit from it thanks
Hi Mama48fffd although I have not done the Hope Course I have heard good reports.
I got some great help through our local Maggie's Centre especially their 7 week (one afternoon a week) Where Now? Course and One on One support…… so worth checking this out.
Up in the Highlands of Scotland it’s not that unusual for folks to do a 3hrs round trip drive over from the West Coast to Inverness to our Maggie’s as the support is great and worth the trip.
Yes I've done/am doing the online HOPE course. I've found it really good. I like that i can dip in and out when it suits me and time allows. There's no pressure to complete every part, you can skip things, bookmark bits and repeat sections. I'd say it's moved me forward gradually into my new normal. Honestly can't recommend it enough. Worst case scenario and it's not your thing you can look into something different and it's free!
I was concerned my reply was going to sound wildly enthusiastic like I have all the answers and have got my act together, which I haven't! But I have been getting something out of it.
Sending best wishes
Good grief no but did make me smile this may go on the list thank-you that's all I need at the moment
