Dad, we lost you on 23rd August this year. We all miss you so much. We wished you were here to celebrate Christmas with us. I wish last year we had had Christmas at home and not tried the pub. It just wasn’t a great last Christmas meal with you, was it? Not the same at all. But I remember many of the lovely Christmases we had before that at home. You and your wine. And your lovely roast potatoes. Your hat from the cracker. And getting out the Grand Marnier and Brandy. A drink to you, Dad. From all of us. We love you. We always will. Hope you are out there somewhere, reunited with good friends and loved ones who have passed before. Send them our love. Until we meet again. ️
