Hi Heather,
Glad to hear you're not as angry..hope you didn't scare hubby & Barney Boo too much! :-) Hope work went ok for you, I'm not surprised you don't want to open up your laptop when you get home..hope you're not feeling too tired though.
I've just popped out to do my Easter shop for my sis, as she keeps saying she can't wait to give me my Easter prezzie (I'm intrigued), so got her lots of choc (she's been known to eat a choc or 3) & some lovely lotus flower tealight holders. No doubt will post from there at the weekend, as popping over there for a day of two.. She's a little frustrated at the moment as the genetic clinic haven't sent her letter yet, even though she has chased them. She can't get the reconstruction process started until she has it, but hopefully it will arrive this week.
Anyway, back to work.. Hope everyone is bearing up..my thoughts are with you all.
Love & best wishes..
xx
Hi All
I hope your sister gets her letter soon, Marmalade, and can get on with things.
Lorraine, it never rains but it pours. Poor you, so many unhappy things going on at the moment. I hope Stuart gets over this incident soon.
Just let the insurance company get on with things re your kitchen.
I hope everyone else had a good weekend.
Mine was good. Had lunch out on Saturday with our youngest son and his wife and family.
Sooooooooo looking forward to Wednesday as my brother is coming down from Scotland for a visit. I haven't seen him since October.
As always, thinking of you all
Jean
Hi Lorraine,
Don't know what to say..what a nightmare! What a day you've had..what a weekend! Really hope your son regains his confidence soon. At 30yrs old, you'd have thought the guy would have known better, but I can never get over how many nasty people there are around sometimes. One of my friends 13yr old daughter was grabbed by a guy last year, thankfully she got away..it did knock her confidence aswell, but she did come back from it.
Hope you manage to get the leak sorted..when Jean said it never rains, but it pours, I don't think she realised quite how literal she was being..
Jean, glad you had a good weekend! Hope you enjoy the visit from your brother, bet he can't wait to see his sis aswell..
Hi to everyone else..
xx
Hi everyone,
Oh Lorraine, thats just awful...your poor son. I too have a 16 year old son and he wouldn't know what to do. I really hope Stuart gets his confidence back soon. It's a tough age when things like that happen. Lets hope your ceiling is sorted out as soon as poss to!!
Im sooo pleased that your results are clear thats excellent news, good luck for the rest of your results.
Marmalade im intrigued too...what can your easter prezzie be?? How exciting :-)) Can't believe your poor sis is still waiting to get the ball rolling with her recon. Fingers crossed that letters in the post!! Your gifts sound perfect...she deserves plenty of choc :-)
Roll on Wednesday for you Jean, you sound very excited. Its nice to hear your smiling (through your Posts)! Keep smilng :-))
Hope everyone else is ok.
Take care Chelle x x
Hi Chelle,
I will let you know what the prezzie is when I get it..may well be something a little bit strange knowing my sis, so be prepared! I also might have built it up a bit too much now.. :-) Still no news on the letter, but hey ho, soon hopefully.
Hope you're doing ok! Hope hubby is behaving himself & is getting used to Jimmy. I saw an old Ricky Gervais interview with the real Jimmy at the weekend & it did make me think of you.. Not sure if I should have told you that..just look at what your hubby has started, blame him! :-D
Hope everyone else is doing ok today.. Easter weather looks a bit hit & miss so enjoy the sunshine when you can.
Love & best wishes to you all..
xx
