Sorry to hear about your dad and your partner. We hear the statistic that 1 in 2 will be affected by cancer in their lifetime but somehow it is easy to think somehow not us.
If we look at Your feelings when someone has cancer we can see the whole range of emotions we go through. I know one thing I had to learn was looking after myself.
