My grandad got diagnosed with stage 4 cancer December 2020

He has seemed ok ish

but has seriously seem to if deteriorated these last few days

especially tonight. We’re all afraid that he’s not going to make it through the weekend. 
I don’t know what to do. 
he is a father to me and I’m heartbroken
