When I was first diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer I was very emotional. Had surgery and chemo then radiotherapy it disappeared for a few months. Now am having immunotherapy that's holding one lymph node in place but they found more and I read the letter tonight like a ding and it's sent me in a panick. I live alone and have no friends. I have 4 kids 2 with babies so their busy one in uni far away and the other with her own health issues.. I'm scared and lonely all the time. I feel like my mental is spinning out of control. I don't know where else to go to talk to anyone. I don't come here often cause I try not to think about it cause it scares me being alone handling it all. Thank yall for listening
Update today still feeling off. I hate being alone all the time. I've tried talking, taking lorazepam, listening the hrtz sounds for anxiety and panick attacks and nothing is working. I feel stupid on here going on but I feel like my mind isn't not right if u get me. I'm not gonna do anything stupid but beginning to think maybe hospital time. I want to move to assisted living as I just found out my son doesn't want to move back to hartlepool after uni and I don't want to be alone but I have alittle doggie and I don't want to get rid of him.. but he's mean he's a biter difently reason chihuahua are called ankle biters.. I just need to be ok .. and not scared does anyone else have these problems
