Clear cell uterine cancer is a lonely place to be. I've just started my journey and looking for others with clear cell. I'm finding them thin on the ground. I'd love to connect and to start a clear cell cancer group. Are you out there?
Hi Backiej57
The best place to connect with others who have clear cell endometrial cancer would be the womb group which I see you’ve already joined. There isn’t a specific sub group within the womb cancer group for clear cell cancer, but I see that my fellow community champion jane2511 has suggested you start a new thread in the group to connect with others who are going through something similar.
This will be the best way to find others in the same situation.

Hi Backie
There are others with grade 3 cancers within the womb cancer group. Clear cell is one type of grade 3 endometrial cancer. It is called clear cell because that is how the cells look under the microscope.
The womb group is the best group to post in to find others with grade 3 cancers. The treatment for clear cell cancer (and other grade 3 cancers) is normally the same as for other endometrial cancers however any adjuvant treatment is normally done at an earlier stage. First line treatment is normally a hysterectomy where it is medically possible.
My own cancer was a grade 3 and stage 1b- I had surgery, chemo and then radiotherapy. I remain well over 3 years post treatment.
