Please don't worry yet you are only three weeks post chemo. I gave up on cold cap halfway through cycle 3. Lost all my hair and continued to do so for a little while post chemo. However this is me now 11 months on. Only had first hairdresser visit in february

I continued to shed for a few weeks post chemo. If it is only 3 weeks since your last chemo then technically you could still be in the last chemo cycle. I remember the bit where you are waiting for the regrowth and it can be hard.
I did a blog about my experience of scalp cooling and took photos of the different stages. If you have a look you can see how it shed and then grew back for me. I am 18 months post treatment and my hair is now longer and it better condition than it was pre cancer so for me it worked and was worth it.
When it did start to regrow I found that having it trimmed, did help it look fuller quicker.
