I am really concerned. Today would have been his 10th cycle of Panitumumab and oxi chemo. The last one was on 14th october. The oncologist has stopped this regime and given him a month off before starting capecitabine and Panitumumab. Normally on chemo day he is quite perky and able to drive. Today it is totally different. He is lethargic, uninterested in anything, refusing to eat although he is drinking he is definitely (in my opinion) in no position to drive. I have reached out to the hospital but wondered if anyone else has experienced this phenomenon.
He has a CT scan booked for Sunday morning which I assume they will be using as a baseline for the new regime. I have a MRI at the same hospital on Saturday. They tried to get them on the same day, to no avail! He was talking about coming with me, driving and exercising his vehicle. Not an option I think st the moment. I think I will be duty driver for both appointments.
