Hi Denziel
Welcome to our community, I hope you find it both informative and supportive.
I am Steve, one of the community champions and my experience of cancer is via my wife who has Leiomyosarcoma.
Something I know I had to learn was that if I wanted to be my best for Janice then I needed to learn to look after myself, perhaps something like the idea of fitting your own mask first on the air plane. Something I found quite helpful was looking at your emotione when someone has cancer as being able to recognize these and accept them as normal and valid can help to make them less overwhelming.
<<hugs>>
Steve
Your doing amazing Denziel! He's very lucky to have your love and support. Have you thought about seeking any support or counselling? I never wanted to seek help but when I did it really helped just having a chat with someone. and I'm not really a people person and struggle to open up tbf. All the best for you both x
