Jules my husband had his last radiotherapy treatment yesterday and we've been advised that the worst is still come either regard to side affects. How do I support him when he feels like smd is in constant pain even though he's on pain killers? I feel so helpless. He has just turned 55 and weighs 6st7lbs.
We are in this situation too. One of my parents has a glioblastoma and we’ve been told to be positive and encouraging. But I don’t know how. It feels hypocritical to tell them to appreciate the rest of your life with so many family members around. If it were me who had lost all independence in the space of one month and someone told me that, id spend all my remaining energy telling them to **** off :(
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
