Anxiety raises as soon as I’m driving home

I feel anxious every morning, not knowing what today will bring. Will it be a good day or bad day? What will change? What will happen?

It's hard, trying to hold down a job, support your family, care for those affected, all while coping with the anxiety and fears you have yourself.

My partner is on end of life care in a hospice, but I feel the same anxiety each day as I am driving there. She is on pain relief but still cries out in pain with any movement. Its a living hell. Sending you hugs x
