Hi I’m wondering if anyone can recommend travel insurance for carers. I feel so guilty that I’m going on holiday but I’ve not been away in 3 years and absolutely burnt out
My mums lung cancer is terminal and currently me and my sister are her carers aswell as support from her chosen hospice and the GP.
I wondered if there’s insurance that covers carers for IF mum was to become really poorly and I need to cancel my trip or cut it short whilst there, I would be covered?
I feel so selfish for going away and really worrying about it. My sister will be here while I’m away and then when I get back my sister is going to have a week away so one of us will be here.
Thanks
Charlotte
