It sounds like you do need help, if it gets too much for you, or you are ill, there will be no one to help. my Father in law, was too proud to ask for help, but he eventually realised that his family couldn’t manage on their own. I don’t have any instant answers, would it help to phone or email MacMillan ? There will be someone who hopefully can offer you som advice, or advise how you can get support.
