not a strange question at all. In  fact someone asked it on one of groups just recently.

My husband also has a terminal diagnosis. He managed to get his insurance for a skiing trip to France next month (don't ask!) with a company called All Clear  Travel Insurance. It was about £400+ for a week's cover including winter sports cover. He had a quote from another company for almost 3 times that. I believe Boots may also offer cover but that's not one he looked into.

I looked at Boots and they're not offering insurance anymore. X

My husband also has terminal cancer , we got a policy with all clear , expensive at just over a £1,000 for multi trip Europe cruise cover
