My dad has lung cancer no treatment possible he has lost a lot of weight hardly eats or drinks he has been admitted to hospital because he is very dehydrated i am feeling sad that I can't visit him and I don't want him to feel lonely and scared as he is so weak
This is so tough Kerem, does he use a mobile? My husband just had a two week spell in hospital where his mobile was invaluable. I was also able to listen in when the doctors/consultants made their rounds through his mobile. A couple of times one really helpful doctor actually picked up the phone and spoke to me.
It's a terribly worrying time for you and your family, as soon as your father is stabilised the hospital will let him go home.
How I hate these covid rules, necessary I know, but they can appear heartless.
Wishing you and your father all the best.
