Mum just been diagnosed will find out the treatment plan on 6th once some further tests tell us if it is suitable for immunotherapy.
I am trying to organise her house a bit to make it easier for her to live in as want her to keep as much control as possible.
What else should I be doing. Don't want to let her down.
Hi
Sorry to hear about your mum and finders crossed for the treatment plan - that stage between diagnosis and treatment can be something that is really hard.
The idea of your mum having as much control is possible sounds fantastic, of course a key part of that is finding out what she wants and of course sometimes balancing that with what she needs. It does not sound like you will let her down though I suspect what your mum might want most of all could be not feeling like they are a burden.
<<hugs>>
Steve
