Hi,
I have had op and treatment (chemo and proton therapy) for oesophageal cancer , stage 3. Consultant has advised me to consider immunotherapy as mop up exercise. I am concerned at numerous side effects as I have heart problems. The surgeon team have advised they have got all cancer and I am caner free which is great news. Does anyone have experience of the additional immunotherapy?
Thanks
Hi toby12
It's a good idea to see how others have got on with the same type of treatment as you so I hope you don't mind me suggesting that you also post this is the oesophageal cancer group, where I can see you've posted before, as you'll then connect directly with others who have the same type of cancer as you and may have had immunotherapy.
Wishing you all the best with whatever you decide to do.
