Sister snail, you should stay whilever you are happy. Your comments are all worthwhile
Moomy a great blog thanks for what you do
Well the Oncologist wants to discuss my case further with colleagues as it is complicated because I am on dialysis as well. He wants to give me chemo, herceptin and radiotherapy as well. Go back in a fortnight to see what the plan is
So we need to make the most of the next fortnight or so
Dear Gillian it looks as if you are going to have a hard time for a while. It will all be worth it for the right result.
Enjoy your next two weeks and I hope the weather is good to you. Much love and luck to you xxxx
Gillian,
Sorry that you have to wait a little longer for treatment but love your positivity, treat yourself to something lovely or someone lovely every day for the next fortnight and enjoy eating all those delicious things you won't be allowed on chemo!
Thanks all for your lovely responses to my post yesterday, I feel so much brighter today. I have spent all day with a lovely friend and had a long walk in the sunshine.
Have put some leftover meatballs with my secret sauce in the fridge if anyone fancies popping them in the microwave for supper.
Carol,
Oh my goodness, I really hope you decide to stay here with us, you always make me smile, even when those nasty drugs try to drag me down. Also who would I compare my naughty sweetie stories with if you left us? At the end of the day you have to decide what is best for you but you certainly have a role on here as you are such a good support to others. I also think that having cancer is such a massive thing that we will always need some kind of support at different times in our lives and I am sure that makes it ok to stay on this site for as long as it is helpful. Sorry ramble over, hope you are ok lovely, sending a hug.
take care all
love Jakki xx
