Afternoon, all.....

Been busy, hubs had to cover at BP today, so I made myself useful by doing laundry, ironing and cleaning, as you do! 

Just to lighten my morning, hubs phoned....he had a phone call from daughter (who is doggy sitting for her brother) and he answered, she said 'is there something wrong? You phoned me?' he said 'no, you phoned me!' They chatted and she realised what had happened, she'd just put her phone down from chatting to her brother, and her Dad's number was next on the 'speed dial' system' on her phone, the dog, who had been on her lap, must have put a paw on it! 

So, they had a good giggle, as did I when hubs told me! 

Maybe they will ring each other more often Moomy

We all chat often, whether in person or on the phone, Gillian. A tightly knit family unit, us! (just as well, with all daughter went through!)

There's been lots of singing,smiling & even a little dancing today,at one point i was doing a fair Ken Dodd impression as i walked round singing happiness

Sounds like a happy day for you. Hope that means I can find bubbly and chocolate in the fridge.

Happy day indeed,the bubbly is in the fridge but no chocolate i'm afraid,i have however been to the sweetie shop that has just opened & there's a big bag of pick & mix on the side,it's all the sweets we used to have as kids,just give it a shake & see what you get,if anybody has a particular favourite let me know & i'll pick some up for you tuesday
