Oh Chris I am sorry to hear you have been unwell. Sorry but also glad that is nothing serious. Saying that I know from when Ray had thrush just how sore and debilitating it can be.
I do hope it clears up soon and you feel better for this good weather we have been promised.
I had a really sad week last week but I am beginning to feel a bit brighter today.
Love and hugs xx
Good to know your spirits are up from last week, Christine.....it's rotten when people feel down.
Enjoy your distraction Jakki, I guess you are still there....
Hugs xxx

Best wishes to everyone struggling, be it physically or emotionaly. Life doesn't seem fair sometimes.
Jakk is this the same person racing up hills in Matlock that did a triathlon earlier in the day. Could you please bottle some of that energy for the rest of us
Great pic Moomy looks like fun
Ha Gillian, wish he'd give me some. Eldest bottled it in the end, said he needs to do some training before racing his dad! They are all on a mission for the Matlock Tri in August. I will be marshalling this year but def on it next year.
I am sure you have said before Gillian but where in the Peaks are you based?
Just had a lovely hot chocolate, have left you all a jug help yourselves.
Carol sending love right back at ya, how are those kittens?
Christine, good to hear you are feeling a little better this week, are those grandkids keeping you busy?
xxxxxx
When is the triathlon in matlock Jakki,we may well come & poke a marshal in the ribs & cheer the competitors on
Kittens are doing nicely & i think we may have homes for them all & Polly is doing me proud & for such a young cat she's a fantastic mum
I'll give the hot chocolate a miss thanks as i've just eaten a massive slice of chocolate cake that the father in law made
I'm closing down now as Humans is about to start & i really need to concentrate on it this week
Love & hugs to all you lovely friends

August Bank Holiday Monday, starts at about 6am but waves go off for a fair while, usually finished totally by about lunchtime. Glad Polly is taking her role seriously bless her.
night night xxxx
Night night, all, sleep well.....especially the new mum Polly, glad she is doing well, amazing what animal instincts do.
daughter is back in the borrowed flat in London, she's rehearsing in St John's Wood tomorrow, it's with BBC Concert orchestra, the concert is in Cheltenham on Tuesday and will be live on BBC Radio 3, I will be listening, it sounds a good one, many modern (20th Century) popular classical music pieces.
Hugs to you all xxx
