Hello everyone,
the title says it all, this is a thread for everyone at any and all hours of day and night, to post, help, laugh, cry and anything in between. There will be no nasty posts, everyone who joins in will be gentle, considerate and kind to everyone else. Hugs to all......xxx
Sorry good morning. I blame the technology the auto edit comes up withnall kinds of words
Morning Gillian,
Hope the sun shines on your busy day. Xx
Hello all, good morning (well I hope it is) for you all.......
breakfast of fresh croissants, butter and jam plus a flask of fresh coffee is there for any who need it.
Polarbear, about that Antiques Road Trip with Paul Laidlaw, I was the silent idiot who shook his hand! I wasn't miked up so not allowed to speak!
Hope everyone has a good day - mine? Eye appointment then cleaning!

Ooooh, the smell of fresh coffee and croissants wafting on the breeze! Mmm! You naughty thing, you! I shall enjoy a coffee, but resist the croissants, thank you. My Slimming World results this morning tell me I'm not doing very well! Blah! Deep breath, buckle up and get in gear! I'm having my knee X-rayed later, it's protesting! Antiques Roadshow was from Bletchley Park last night, watched with interest and thought of you Moomy. Then thought, I must visit that place, it looks so interesting!x
Mary, you can 'eat' anything and everything in here without putting on an ounce, or gram, whichever you agree with!
And yes, that silent, grey haired old bat who shook hands with Paul Laidlaw was me! I couldn't talk as I wasn't miked up!
Now? Back from my eye appointment, well into the cleaning but having a break to watch the resignation speeches, and despair that we have selfish politicians mostly all out for number one whose main skill is in verbal diarrhoea.......
.I wish for sensible laws for this country, for being able to have a health service we can trust to look after all properly without cost restraints, for properly looking after everyone who is disabled, visibly or not, and to take care of the extremes of age, young and old, without forcing anyone to sell their homes to be able to be looked after in old age.
Yes, that's my wish and you may shoot me down in flames if you wish!
Hugs xxx
ps, coffee and biccies anyone?
Moomy
Hahahaha, Jakki, I haven't got verbal diarrhoea, so I'd be no good!
(Waves coffee mug) Cheers!
