Greetings to you all. There have been several requests lately to join the "Carers only" group. This is a closed group. To join you MUST have an open profile. If you are a carer and have an open profile and wish to join please feel free to do so.
I am a carer for my partner. He has oesophagal (still can't spell it ) cancer . He wouldn't survive surgery and chemo is not an option either. So we have pallative care . I feel very alone , I have no family close by.
This thread is over 12 years old, and is no longer relevant . You would be welcome in both the Carers group and the Supporting someone with Incurable Cancer Groups, just go the them and ask to join, or simply look at current discussions and see if you feel it would be helpful. You will get plenty of support from those in similar situations. Good Luck.
