This is the start of a new journey for me and my much loved friends from the original Oesophegus thread on general discussions.
We have become a close group and this will be our new home to continue our journey as life has become very hard for many of us and we keep re-living our journeys with lots of newbies which puts us all back a bit.
So my lovely friends Mel, Sam, Helen, Bern, Jac, Nic, Dawn, Sue, Cath, Lesley, Jani and the many other special friends Mel and I have made over the last 16 months this is it we have a new home.
Love to all and extra strength to carry us through our next stage XXX

Best of luck for tomorrow morning, I will be waiting with baited breath for your news. Well done for including your Dad last night, I bet it made him very proud.
I guess we all have to find a new way to celebrate when the time comes. I love your attitude in that it takes so much don't let it take everything. I fear it has already taken my dad and I don't think there's much we're going to be able to do about that.
I fancy a trip on a steam train today so going to see if I can search one out. Actually I'd prefer a canal boat but don't want to charter one for a full day!
You get yourself right back here. There is no stranger thing on this thread, you could not post for a year and still not be a stranger. We are bonded, tied with an invisible, well mostly visible, thread.
We know each others pain, but more importantly we know each others courage. To get through each day is a triumph, to find friends who understand is a blessing, and to share a little each day, each week, each month is gift that we pass to each other, as well as those that look on.
Be proud Nicki, even with grief it's ok to say that you are doing a wonderful job of surviving.
Right Nic, We as Mel says don't need to live in each others pockets we are real friends. We will always be here for each other and this is why we seperated from the original thread the idea being we all know each other so can jump in and out whenever the need takes us.
I know you are having a tough time and feel alone but we are always here for you hun as we are for every other friend we have come into contact with.
Well, I posted a marvellous post this morning. It was so good, it could have won the best post award 2008!! And it disappeared. Could blame Dawn and Em for posting same time, but I might gets beats. Instead my system crashed. So will post again later, as have loads of work. Just wanted to say morning and have been thinking of you all.
Em - have they given you grounds on why Brooke has been turned down?
