This is the start of a new journey for me and my much loved friends from the original Oesophegus thread on general discussions.
We have become a close group and this will be our new home to continue our journey as life has become very hard for many of us and we keep re-living our journeys with lots of newbies which puts us all back a bit.
So my lovely friends Mel, Sam, Helen, Bern, Jac, Nic, Dawn, Sue, Cath, Lesley, Jani and the many other special friends Mel and I have made over the last 16 months this is it we have a new home.
Love to all and extra strength to carry us through our next stage XXX

Ooo Venice, yep went there years ago. Recommend more the colder time of the year. In the summer, it can be smelly - it is surrounded by water - loads of tourists, plus they can charge silly prices. What I have been told, as I went in the winter time, when much colder. Lovely city to visit. Easy to get round and we stayed on the island opposite main bit. Cheaper and you just get the boat bus everywhere. Get day pass and jump on and off wherever you fancy. We found some random bars that way!! X
we went to Estonia a few years ago - wonderful place and quite cheap too. Norway would be quite cool. What are you looking for, for a break? Tuscany is supposed to be gorgeous and as Italy, loads of yummy food and not too expensive. x
Right your expert holidayer right here. Mel We did Florida at Christmas ifor the third time if you remember. Wow. We are now in the process of booking again to go away over Christmas again! Ask me Ask me Ask me. 91/2 hours from here then a villa with private pool! Just do it!
Paris. Well went there last Feb for Louise's birthday (14yr old daughter) had a ball booked a cheap hotel in great location. Going again on 5th June. Flights by Ryanair cost £79 return for 3 !!!! ask me why I keep going away. Hotel this time not sure about but have researched it everywhere. If you need links email at lesleyanncarrathotmaildotcom.
Anyone been to dubai???? we've booked flights for October half term just nor sure what possessed me to do it no accommodation booked yet as I'm c***ping myself!!! Max and Aaron singing from the same songsheet methinks!
All this holiday talk has me all excited. I must say that if it all works out then I will probably end up like that women in "What's eating Gilbert Grape" You know the one that can't leave the house because she is so big. I can image that I am going to love all the American Food (bring it on!)
I've got £2090 worth of Tesco Vouchers towards the holiday if I book with Virgin. And yes you did read right, I haven't put an extra zero in there by mistake. Aaron had to put all his travel expenses through his own card when he worked for the Bank of New York, so we had a ridiculous amount of points going through.
Sam, I am sorry that things have been tough, but everyone of us really needs to take stock of all that we have been through.
This thing that has happened to us all, is huge, and we are all doing a bloody good job of surviving.
Remember when I told you all that when Mum passed I felt so bad about taking the mask off. I really thought "Well I've just killed Mum, so they will put me in prison, but that's ok because I won't have to think about anything else ever again !" ?
I really felt that way, I really felt that if someone would let me, I would just crawl into a little space somewhere and not come out until all the pain I was feeling stopped.
I know that we have all looked at the safe place away from the grief, hurt and pain, and each and everyone of us has shown bravery and courage. We are strong courageous people with broken hearts, who survive each new day.
