I am sore, have a neck disc problem, had it a couple of months now......seen a physio who has given me one exercise to hopefully help.....it gives me pain across to my right shoulder, what a nuisance! I bet the wet weather doesn't help, what a miserable start to September we've had!
back from my pal's wedding reception, she looked lovely! aaaaahhhh! they are off to Dubai for honeymoon, at least she'll be warmer than here, it was a quiet wedding but a full reception, she said that she's never known so many photos taken in 5 minutes dry weather they had! bless her! love and hugs to all on here.....

We are ok, thanks, dear deer stalker Karen.....yes, am so very fed up with this rain! I feel that we all ought to escape it on Dot's cyber cruise ship! ('places we've seen or would like to see', on chat!) only wish it were real! Yes, Dubai would be interesting but i understand it's really really hot! My brother in law has worked there and can only stand it for short periods! he says it's the hottest place he's ever been to, and has worked in Cairo for 2years, which says a lot! So I guess my pal will not be that brown, and will have stayed out of the sun if she's sensible,.....and on honeymoon...well!
My neck and shoulder are not great, but, hey, what else do you get with the age I am now!?!
Just had a phone call, this early! She needs a bed for the night, and collecting from the station, a last minute job in London......will let you know what when I know, she said it was TV......
Last minute change of plan, as so often, she caught a train back to home, which will enable her to rest better in her own bed, it will be ITV2 on Thursday, at 8pm, she said that one of the cameras was right in her face part of the time! A fashion programme, with the SugarBabes on.....not sure if it is definitely this week, it could just be one in the series.....
Had a lovely chat to my big bruv last night as it was his birthday yesterday, he is well and all his cancer testing came back totally negative, it's now 18 months since his op for bowel cancer, since although it was quite a chunk removed, (now with a semi-colon!) it had not got to the layers outside the bowel wall so he opted for no further treatment so as there is no trace still, he avoided the poison called chemo! He is well too......
