Had to take a pic of the wrist cast and email Caz with it! Went back this morning, had burning sensation all night and fingers were a bit swollen and tingly.....they took off the cast, and skin was a bit red......now re-done, having allowed me to wash my own arm gently, told to take it easy of course.....would I do otherwise, lol!?! Hmmm, might catch up on some sleep this afternoon, feel a nap coming on, haha!
love and hugs to you all

Dear Helen
So pleased the cast was sorted out and made a bit roomier..... and of course you must take it easy. As for driving.....well that must be darned near impossible with your hand like that!!!!
Hope you've snuggled down for your nap - I've just woken from one!!! Must be getting old!!!!
Love and ((((hugs)))) - careful with the cast
Dot xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
haha, this getting older lark is funny, isn't it, Dot? mind you, I didn't have much sleep last night, they think I might have been allergic to the wipe they used after the previous cast.....have just woken from a half hour nap, feeling better again, ready for the world! well a little bit of it.......and no, not allowed to drive at all, grrr! mind you, don't think I could anyway.
love and hugs to you all

Caz's platelets seem to have recovered, at least enough for a nasty slice at the tip of her finger to stop bleeding eventually........she's ok, and had help with the rest of the meal cooking......sent me a pic of the finished dish, looked very tasty. She has virtually arranged who is going to drive on the 17th when her next appointment to discuss the scan will be. I'm going up by train for that.
Latest cast is ok, I must have been allergic to the wipes, will definitely make sure they don't use them on Feb 1st when I next go and have the cast removed!
love and hugs to you all
