Very proud of son who led the cello section in a concert in Bedford this evening, an Overture by Mozart, Barber's gorgeous Adagio for Strings, a Beethoven Piano concerto followed by Mendelssohn's Italian Symphony!
Hope I'll sleep tonight with all that wonderful music in my mind!
love and hugs to all

Hmmm, found this on page two!
Well, Caz has posted on twitter a photo of Chris Moyles on set for rehearsal, with her waving in the bacground! If any of you watch carefully, when the show is broadcast, her favourite dog soft toy will be sitting on the keyboard, able to be seen when the camera is on the contestants, cheeky madam that she is!
Think the house is cleaned up enough for her to stay for a few days now.......have been busy cleaning, apart from zonking out now and then with this wretched cold making me wheezy! Grrrrrr! Ah well, ventolin has its uses occasionally!
Think it will be late tonight, she usually gets here after the recordings around midnight!

Caz has only one day off while here, it's tomorrow, of course, true to form she'll spend much of it before noon, in bed, zzzzzzz-ing! She didn't drive this time, so needs taking to the station and collecting, though she occasionally says she could get a taxi! (they cost soooo much more here in the sticks than in London, even for the same length of journey!)
We had a long chat today before she went off to catch the train to Birmingham, (Dr Who Live today!) about stamina and feeling whacked. she was concerned by a text from someone who is in much the same situation as her, and having begun the Gemcitabine already, Caz said this person was always exhausted and couldn't do much, wondering if it was the lymphoma. It worried her a bit, wondering if she too will maybe feel rubbish when she has the Gem. but I suspect that her previous fitness might have a bearing on how well she has bounced back from her many treatments, even after the stem cell transplant she didn't allow herself to sit back and wait for recovery, she got out there and made it happen!
In a way, recovery after such a major ordeal, was likened to a big major operation by her then specialist nurse, and after such an event, the patient needs to recover by gradually doing more each day! I suspect she was right! Its all rehabilitation, something I was knowledgeable about, being in one of the Rehab specialties!
the cold? Well, I'm fighting it! when Caz sets such an example, how could I do anything else? (maybe its all in the genes, lol)
love and hugs to you all
Moomy
ah, yes, Sue, but I'm sure she isn't the only one who has such a positive (sp!) outlook on life, but it has certainly worked for her so far!

Dearest Helen,
Sue is right she is such an amazing girl, and so very beautiful not only inside, outside as well.
Hope she manages to get a good rest on her day off, bless her, I know she will, having her lovely mum around to look after her, even though her lovely mum is not so well herself, we get up, we get on with things, just as Caz, oh how it helps us through so many difficult times.
My love and utmost respect to you all
