Hi Helen,
Hope that dear Caz's back is feeling much better soon, bless her, I was in the car the other day and Seal came on the radio and straight away I though of your lovely girl, I was telling Charlotte all about her. Hope that it has stopped raining for you now and you managed to get out for a walk.
Jan - Hope that Paul get's on OK as well and he is feeling much better soon.
My love and hugs

She rang a while ago, playing t/bone is out at present, too sore.....but she has a really good private physio, going 3pm tomorrow, so will benefit from that I'm sure. Her Doc was very thorough in checking her out, knowing what she is going through, he was really nice too, she said, and talked about 'what next' too. He, like us, said he finds it hard to believe how ill she is as she looks really amazing. she's hunting for the best painkiller at the moment, can't take tablets but is trying soluble asprin at present. She did have a bit of a fall while on tour, as well as lugging heavy cases in and out of hotel rooms too....
love and hugs to you all

Had a quick email from Caz, she is being looked after, has found a painkiller that helps but is peeved that the microwave heated wheatie bags get cold too fast! Bless her.....
Had son round to lunch today, he brought the dogs, yes, there are 2 Westies to be looked after on Bank Hol weekend! Holly is fine, her usual noisy rush-around self, Hector is funny but much quieter and more laid back.....doesn't like going out in the garden when it is wet, even drizzling! Sooooo sweet though, more agile than Holly, can jump up onto the armchairs much easier than her. It was good to get him easy with us and familiar with the house so he won't be upset when left with us.
love and hugs to you all

Caz is playing trombone on a new Admiral car insurance advert, folks......it is hard to hear the actual playing, you need to be mentally 'tuned in' to hear her, but it is one with Russian Dolls, and as the dolls open to let one 'hop' in, there is a slide-y note each time on the trombone (a glissando for those musicians amongst you!), very short, high the first time and lower the second. there is a silly little tune played too, but again it is hard to hear, they were apparently told to 'play badly'!!!! Just found the link.....
Her back is at last beginning to ease just a touch, with rest, special exercises and heat and painkillers, she is now able to laugh gently, but still not cough, sneeze or blow the trombone, it's fortunate that advert was filmed a it ago!
love and hugs to all
