Yesterday's lunchtime concert went ok in spite of me having a cold, (grrr) today feeling a bit worse, but have to go do it! Maybe pull a 'sickie' tomorrow at BP though, just stay in bed instead......

Caz doing ok and will today learn that her Aussie f/b pal's trial is working, her lymphoma is shrinking, at least when she wakes and checks on f/b....I'm not needed for Caz's appointment on Monday she says....

Seriously make sure you take things easy when you are able too, summer colds are just rotten and take such a lot of clearing, makes it worse when it is so hot love.

Bed when you get home with lots of fluid, including honey and lemon, god I sound like your mum hahaha.

Thank you, Mum Mary! I was feeling so yuk I went to sleep! Sir is going to the take-away soon for us both, not that I feel like much, having had a late lunch, a really healthy one with salads and fresh fruit too! Lots of water, maybe some wine later......haha!

Caz is doing her penultimate concert with Opera North, it's Newcastle tonight she says.....

Awww, my loyal supporters! Thank you.....didn't sleep well, managed the singing, Dot, but wouldn't manage it today! Many of the choir were taken ill with this bug so we must have had it donated by one of them! Grrr!
