Thank you all, my dear friends, have got my 'carry on' hat back on now......it does slip sometimes, as you all know very well, having the very same causes yourselves.
I think my surprise walk today worked the usual magic, it is amazing how tiring oneself out, but outside in the open air, does the spirits good, it hasn't helped the deep down problem but has helped lift me a bit. Went shopping, no, didn't buy a thing, just for a quick look, but ended up walking a good bit further than planned as the bus went a different route, so walked about 2 plus miles. It only took a couple of hours in total, too.
My love, continuing thanks and gratefulness for you all, with hugs too
Moomy
Dear Helen,
Time in the fresh air often seems to "clear the cobwebs" - as they say - even though it does not unfortunately solve the problems. Glad you were lifted a little by your walk. I know that I tend to "hide away" when things are not so good, but we are all different, thank goodness. I am wishing all the best for Caz as always. Caz deserves a break after all her positiveness and perservance and bravery and so do you!
I'll look forward to lunch and seeing all your 'photos after your cruise. In the meantime you take care.
Thinking of all of you. Love and hugs, Rosemary x x x
Rosemary is right Helen, make sure you take care of you too love.
((((((((((((((((((((((((((((hugs Rosemary)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
And as always (((((((((((((((((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))))))))))))))) for you Helenxxxxx
Hi Helen,
I think that you and your family are very special.
You express the anger so rarely that all of us on here have experienced in our own ways. You always seem able to channel it into strength.
The passion that you show for your courageous and talented daughter is wonderful and I shall pray that your family have the strength to overcome.
Love to you all John
John, good to see you posting here, your words touched me, as all my friends can too....thank you!
this morning we have things to do, maybe it is when there is little to channel my thoughts that it turns inward and hurts more, hmmmm, maybe need stuff to occupy my mind more......yuk, what a selfish and superficial biddy that I am, it seems! haha! No, mental and physical diversion is often needed I think, just to help the 'wheels of the mind keeping going'!
Hmmm, philosophical claptrap! Sorry, pals, I am better today, honestly, and sending you all my love and hugs.....
Moomy
Good Morning Moomy
No that is by no means philosophical claptrap, just the physical manifestation of a loving and caring mother who would move heaven and earth to heal her sick child.
Helen we have all been where you were and we all know how those demon worries eat away at our positive thoughts and attitude every so often, but you have the steadfastness to bounce back and see those thoughts for what they are ' a temprary blip' in your steel.
Chin up and head forwards xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Morning Helen,
Just popped on to check up on you hehehe. well you know me lo!
Sending you many warm (((((((((((((((((((((((((((hugs))))))))))))))))))))))))))).
Take note of what lovely Juls has just said, and everyone else, they are so right. (((((((((((((((((((hugs))))))))))))))))))))))) Juls.
Love to you all
Maryxxxxx
Dear Juls, 'chin up and head on' not too easy to do both at once, physically, that is, lol.....but I know exactly what you mean, dear Julia and will continue to try to do just that!
My love and hugs to you all who pop in here to give me a 'lift', and anyone who has this continuing anxiety and worry in their lives
Moomy
