Morning Helen,
Pleased to hear that Caz's spleen is clear, I do realised love that you would have hoped for more, but the treatment is still zapping her nodes, so fingers crossed when she has her next scan all will be well.
Poor love tonsillitis, bless her, hope she keeps well away from all of the bugs that are doing the rounds at the moment, although with this freezing weather hopefully alot of them will be killed off now, lets hope so.
Warmest of hugs to you all.
Love Maryxxxxxx
P.S. More snow here, at least two inchs over night, and more forecast today, getting a little sick of it now lo! like us all I suppose.
Iain sent me some piccies of the snow in Scotland, poor love, we have nothing to grumble about, he has been well and truely snowed in, hopefully they will be free now, I have asked him to put one on banter when he has the time.
Oooo, poor Iain, they have had the lowest temperatures, too, minus 20 and worse!
Hope you are keeping warm Mary, Caz is at home and normally has the heating well up, bless her, hope she is coping ok, haven't heard form her yet today, but have sent her an email.....She's on Erythromycin for the tonsil infection. She hasn't got too much work at present so isn't at too much risk of infection, just as well with the low white count.
Hope everyone is coping with all the white stuff, I saw the photo of the UK from space, amazing! Brother in law says it was on CNN too, they saw it in Taiwan!
Love and hugs to all

Helen lets hope your dear girl is having a duvet day, bless her, we have the heating on quite high too it is so cold at the moment, so nice and warm, it is snowing really hard here at the moment, but forecast for tomorrow is brighter so hopefully will get back to school on Monday, hope so, need to get back into a routine and sort the little ones out, bet they are loving this weather though, many of my little charges would never have saw snow like this before, bless them. Hope there are lots of snowmen gracng their gardens. Lots of dicussions about seasons when we do get back me thinks hehehe.
Iain was waiting for a kindly farmer to dig them out, hope they have achieved this although I gather they have had a lot more snow bless them, will email him and let you know when I get a reply.
Love to you all
Maryxxxxxx
Had a chat with Caz on the phone, bless her, she sounds rough, I expect the cold and bad throat will be hard to shift because of her low immune system, just hope her temp keeps down.....she is keeping an eye on it.....her pal has managed to sprain her ankle but insists she is going up for her Gran's funeral this next week.....so i will get up to stay with Caz, however as I don't think she should be left on her own at the moment, since her white count is so low and she already has an infection.
My love and hugs to you all
Moomy
Thanks, dear Mary, just wish it would be easier to get there! Is like getting ready to cross the arctic, lol! ( boots, extra socks, layers of coat, scarf, hat, gloves, and thats just to go to the local shop!)
Take care, warm hugs with my love, everyone....
Moomy
Helen dear lady,
I don't know how far north your dear girl is, but there is a slight thaw here tonight, I will pray this continues so you can join your lovely girl without too much trouble when travelling. You will get there love I know you will, take care if you are driving.
Keeping everything crossed for her, bless her.
Love Maryxxxxx
Hello, Mary, it is slightly less cold here, too, just at minus 1 degree rather than minus about 3 or 4 by this time of night......but they do forecast snow spreading across the south and east tonight......we'll see....her pal wants to go to somewhere in Northumberland for the funeral, i think somewhere near Berwick. So I will go up to stay while she's away.
hope you feel a whole lot warmer, lol! My love and hugs
Moomy
Helen I have just watched the forecast for this area on Monday and it is dreadful, I would imagine Berwick will get it too love, will watch out and let you know.
Lets hope they have got it wrong, fingers and everything crossed, God bless her this must be so worrying for her.
