Hello, folks, well, we (hubs and I) had lunch with son and friends yesterday, it was a lovely time, we really enjoyed it, good food, excellent company and a play with Holly-dog too.
Caz had a slippery journey down from Leeds to Birmingham where she is playing in a concert this afternoon, I was tempted to go but wouldn't drive, and trains are always yuk on Sundays....so am not going to dare it. She said she was thinking of exchanging her car tyres for ice skates, she'd have got at least an 8 for twirls! Argh! Bless the lass......hope she is safe though.......

Dear Mary, am a lot better, the feelings of getting burned out are easy to recognise now, I have been here so long its happened a few times!
Caz tweeted just now that the conductor in her gig isn't too good, so she's not looking forward to the actual gig! You get that sometimes, conductors need to be good to inspire and get a good result, sometimes (and I know this, as a singer!) they can be such rubbish that the choir/orchestra get on in spite of them!
Love and hugs and warmth to get rid of some of the snow so you have a good journey tomorrow
