Hi Helen,
Poor you, bless you, make sure you have an early night and rest when you can (nagging again lo!) It could be all of the work you have been doing around the house dust, paint fumes etc, keep on with those inhalers and if it does not get better off to the GP's with you dear lady.

Hope you feel better soon love.

Don't know what happened to the hugs there, ooooooooooooo there is not enough room on the wall is there?
(((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((hugs))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
Don't worry, Mary, I felt them all the same, hehe!
I am feeling better today, and the kitchen is coming on apace, just have the white gloss to do round the far end of the room, then we start on the 'near end'! My kitchen is a long thin one, formed out of the original house one plus an extension, so there is a lintel still between the two halves!
Caz has gone all quiet, but I think she has been rehearsing with the horn section for the forthcoming tour.....
My love and hugs to all

Dear Helen,
Very quickly, (I REALLY need to get on with some work).... but an onion, cut in half and put on saucers will absorb a great deal of the paint fumes from gloss paint overnight. I can't bear the smell myself, and count myself doubly lucky that when woodwork is painted, 1) my dad does it and 2) I spend the nights round at his until the onions have worked their magic.
Hope you, Caz and the rest of your family are well.
Leah

Hi Helen,
Glad to hear that you are feeling better today dear lady. Leah's idea sounds good, I have heard of this myself although never tried it.
I bet that Caz is so looking forward to joining Seal in Oz, it should be nice and hot there for her, even though she will be very busy, I hope she has some me time while she is there, ask her if she can fit me in her case would you? lo!!!
So pleased to hear your kitchen is coming along nicely, not long now and you will be able to sit back and admire your handy work.
Biggest of hugs to you all
Love Maryxxxxxxxx
Leah, thank you for the idea, but actually the paint we have has very little smell, thank goodness, but I will certainly bear that in mind for the future.
Caz got through her cardiac test ok without feeling too nervy, but won't know any results till she gets back from Oz, when she will be getting in touch with Royal Free to ask what date they want her. Bless her, I said she needs to take extra cases, one to fit her Mum into, lol! I could do with some nice WARM sun, I know its mild here at present but one always has the feeling it could change any minute!
My love and hugs to you all
Moomy
