'Seid um schlungen.....millionen.....' ah, Ludwig van Beethoven was a wonderful composer! It was a good evening, was more worried about the Willcocks piece but that went really well, apparently, the extra chorus folk for the Beethoven who didn't sing in the other half, were all sitting in spare seats in the audience and really enjoyed it!
My trouble in the Beethoven was I was sat right next to the Tympani! so wasn't too sure if I sang or not, hahaha! ( but had me mouth open so I think i did!)
I had a long chat with Caz late last night, she is not sure if the effect of knowing she has spread of her cancer has had an effect on her physically or mentally, but she hasn't been feeling too good. However, she has been busy and a bit stressed too, so I said I thought it had been a bit of that and also knowing how great she felt when able to take some days off earlier this month, I think she is now reacting to stress more, but do wonder if the spread is actually having an effect? she was definitely happier at the end of our chat though.
She has some days off now, and as all the arrangements for her tour with Seal are now done, she can relax a bit ( she was the arranger of the extra part of his band, and has an arranger's fee as well as her playing performing fee!), so I hope that she'll now get a bit better.
She says that they are testing the remains of her last node biopsy to see if the trial can go ahead.
dear Helen Poor Caz! as we know only too well, stress and worry can manifest itself physically, and it's not always easy to identify it as such. Let's hope and pray that a rest will re energise her,and she will start to feel better soon. Sue x
