All of us on here get both good and bad news, i wanted to start a thread for all types of news, for everyone to post their news.....

Hello folks. Been away for a while but I thought I would fill you in on what's been going on and I thought this thread might be a good place to do it. They say a picture paints a thousand words, so here goes:

Hi Sue. Not at all - it is nice to meet you and thank you for your lovely comments. We had such a nice day - I think we managed to get the only day in May where it didn't rain!
I should probably update my profile really - there are new and interesting photos to add including one armed mountainbiking and climbing. :-)

Here you go Sue, and anyone else who fancies a peek...

Cycling near Strines in the Peak District. I can't pedal up this hill, it is too steep for me to ride!
As you can see, he is well padded up.

This hill is quite steep downhill, even though it doesn't look like it - with the added bonus of a scary dog rushing out to meet you if you're really lucky. :-)

Oooh, Moomy, I didn't realise you were from this neck of the woods. It's a beautiful place isn't it? I came to Sheffield 18 years ago for Uni and just stayed. I feel very privileged to have that on my doorstep.
