Well, here I am to make you all smile, music is the theme, as usual with me, lol! I went to a rehearsal yesterday evening, in Manchester, got to Caz's by 10.30 or so, we chatted and then got to bed by midnight.....but the music in my head would not allow me to sleep much, my alarm went at 6.15, and so I just had to get up and get to the station and to catch the 7.30 train, so I was able to get home, have a short rest and get out to sing in a lunchtime concert.....my friendly conductor (who knows all about what I was up to) said I managed to make it look as though I was wide awake!!!!!!!! But I have slept lots this afternoon!!!
Well, lets start on the bad: my friends IVF failed as she miscarried. Another friend nearly died after an ectopic pregnancy, my hubby has just gone round to give his dad a fathers day card - which due to our friend Mr C, I can'y do.
Good news - which is tremendous. My mum had a check up and she still has the all clear and doesn't need to go back to hospital until December. Hoorah!!!
So, I have a massive silver lining in amongst all this bad news. Sorry for gate crashing, needed to get that off my chest, before I exploded!!! I feel much better, so thank you
