hello all you lovely peeps, I just chatted with Caz's registrar who seems to have taken her on and will try and get her on a trial in London, he sounds nice and caring too, she did say he explained things really well. Her idea now is to get treatment hopefully to knock this 'thing' on the head while she is so well. She is teaching as often on a Thursday, solidly till 8pm, from midday when she managed to escape all problems due to the continuing tube strike!
Hi Helen, I am so glad that Caz has a good registrar and that he is going to get her on a trial in London, lets hope that this trial will get her into remission, your dear girl deserves this. Hope your ears are not so sore now and you are feeling a little better.

Hi, dearest Mary, bless you! I feel he has her interests at heart, somehow.....he did say that the trial which gave her such a long time being 'stable' was a rubbish one! but it worked for her....! he also said that she seems to have a lymphoma resistant to much of the chemo they have tried. I only hope that this next trial will be open to her!
I'm slowly getting less deaf, the ears are popping now, so they are de-blocking I hope!
