Hi, Dianne, yes, a brilliant pressie, he is going to enjoy it lots, and am glad you now have some 'me' time, now your daughter is back from her holiday, that is something we will be doing when son goes away in September, we'll be having the dog for a week, just hope she doesn't remember that when she was here last, he popped out to take her stuff to the car and she realised he'd gone out, thought she had been left and went berserk for a couple of minutes.....she had been so good overnight....
I'm having a lovely weekend with my Mum and Dad. It was Mum's birthday yesterday and we surprised her by having most of the family turn up to help celibrate. Hopefully it will be something she remembers - although of course with dementia that might be a bit too much to ask. She enjoyed the day though and I guess that's the main thing.
Back tomorrow to England and then a week off work - can't wait.
Hello, stalker friend! Have been out all day, just got back a couple of hours ago, and had stuff to do.....hubby had a train driving day so there were lots of photos and a video to sort out.....he just loved it and we had such brilliant weather! love....
Who is that in the dark specs????? I wonder....is it Karen? We have just been swapping photos and up loading the video I took today, he had a whale of a time, bless him, it was all a present that Caz and her brother bought for his 60th birthday....
Yes, it was brilliant of them, remembering how much older boys love their toys, too....it was so enjoyable for him, he's been re-living the day all evening!
