well hello again, good news isDarrens white cells back within normal range, bad news im terrible at updating!! Oh and I have gone back to work and Darren should be going next week!
hahahahaha! yes, it did, Mary......what a good venue that was, though, the Women's University Club, in Mayfair, a lovely old building with a friendly library!
Caz is zzzzzzzzzz-ing as I type, she had another late night but has a day of rest today, thank goodness so she can recharge those batteries...
Hope your Caz enjoys her rest, bless her she must need to catch up so much. Let us know dear lady when you expect to get the results of her scans??? so we can send messages of support for you both.
Mary, her appointment is two weeks on Monday, why are they always on Mondays when the trains so often over-run the engineering work? We might just go up for a few days starting on the Saturday, do a bit of DIY as well....
Caz did have a good rest and is now learning some music for the next series of concerts. she has said how rubbish the 'Friday Night is Music Night' recording was, she didn't think a lot of the rest of the orchestra, and principal Trom didn't accept her as a 'jazzer' so didn't give over to her as should have happened, so she wasn't able to lead much at all....her pal who was the conductor, Rod, and she, met up for lunch and bewailed the poor standard to each other! Oh well.....tomorrow she begins a short stint with the Royal Philharmonic , and is off to Ireland with them on Sunday, just for the day, just hope we don't get too bogged down with marathon traffic on the way to Heathrow!
Wasn't today another beautiful one? we sat out such a long time.....
Caz went off to catch a train into London, today she's rehearsing with the Royal Phil, and will ask if they too expect traffic trouble getting to Heathrow tomorrow....I think we'll need to leave an extra half hour due to the marathon traffic.....
Hi Helen, Glad Caz had a good rest, although it sounds like she going to have a very busy few days, hope she takes some me time when she can. Sorry she did not enjoy her radio show, that must be soul destroying when you are as committed as she is, bless her.
Will put that in my diary, 11th May, I'll be keeping everything crossed for her Helen and you also dear lady.
Thank you, dear Mary.....I'm not looking forward to the 3.30am start, we hope to be on the road by 4.30 so we can hopefully get past all the Marathon traffic......I will be able to sleep when I get back home, and she will no doubt sleep on the flight, she is very good at sleeping on any transport, though the trip back from Peru wasn't easy, she had someone beside her who kept jigging out with an elbow!
