Our lass is going to do the Race for Life this spring, bless her, first time since being diagnosed now 4 1/2 years ago, she was about to enter the Great North Run before diagnosis, so its a measure of how fit she is now feeling that she wants to do this! After all that stem cell stuff, too! It has taken her now a good 3 years to get back to feeling fitter....

Thanks, Dianne, I am very proud of her, would join her on her run too,( walking!) if we hadn't already got a holiday booked for then.....but of course we'll sponser her!

Wht a really lovely day out there today.....have got the garden almost under control, have even given the lawn a first cut, mower set quite high, lots of top dressing over some fertilizer all round the garden, so glad it isn't too much bigger as I don't think I'd be able to manage quite as easily, T can't do as much as he'd hoped, the back op made him more mobile but has resulted in far more back pain than he used to get.
It is all looking good, and our lass will be here tomorrow night after her day teaching.
