Shell, I am so glad you didn't wait, poor you and poor, poor Jordan, do let us know how he gets on......Ang was right, his temp was way too high if he's been having medication....hope he feels better very soon, if he's admitted then they will take good care of him for you....I've only just got in again from rehearsal.....will your hubs be able to help you? Hi folks, jordans bn admitted they r treating him for meningitis as he also has sum spots cum up. I am so worried bout him i dont think ive ever bn so scared in my life. Wil post again in the morning. Love n hugs to u all and thank u so much for ur support x
I've been following your posts about Jordan.......I do hope he will be OK. Awful to say - but he is in the right place with the nurses and specialist equipment on hand. It takes a bit of pressure off you........though I know you will still be very worried about him and want to be there with him as much as possible - but don't forget to try and get some rest for you too!!!!!

Hello, folks, just did a dash down the motorway to get an essential repair done on the travelling one's orchestral trombone, she needs it to be really tip top for the forthcoming audition.....its well mended now, and she has already shot off to rehearse for tonight at Ronnie Scotts....we won't see her till after tomorrow night, as they finish so late she is staying in London with a pal. She will hopefully get the last train tomorrow, and will be here by about 1am.....
Donna, dear Sis, Caz will by now be in London, she is playing at the famous jazz club, Ronnie Scotts, tonight and tomorrow night....she did have a nap when she got here, while I went off and got the other trombone mended......we have a trumpet maker only about 30 miles away, who is really good and has done her repairs recently for her, whenever she is down here, he has also done some brilliant laquer work for her too, on two or three instruments, one of which she will be playing tonight. If she plays for any of the London shows, they always know she is there, as the trombone looks so distinctive, she always warms up and then goes off for a snack or something, they see the instrument on her stand , and its, 'ah, Carol's playing tonight then'.
We will all have to wish her well for the forthcoming audition, its for the job she has always wanted, principal with the Halle Orchestra, the one on your CD...Oh, and BTW, I could NEVER sing like Alice Coote! So Your guests have a false impression of your pal over the pond!
Have just seen you post about your little one, I hope that Jorden is feeling better soon love, as the others have already said, he is in the right place where the professionals will take good care of him.

Hi folks, first of all thank u sooooo much for ur kind words and support. At the mo theyre not sure whether its a strain of meningitis or they av mentioned a form of septicemia, but were stil struggling to keep his temp down even on calpol and nurofen which is quite a worry aswell. Im staying at the hospital wiv him as hes very clingy and i wouldnt b able to go home knowing hes poorly. Once again thank u sooooo much, i will keep u posted. Love n hugs from me and jordan xoxox
Dear Shell, even while I've been busy with other things, have been thinking of you and Jordan too, am so sorry he isn't better, but he's in the right place and being looked after by good people, and I am so pleased you are with him, poor lad needs his Mum beside him, they always are clingy when ill, no matter who they want other times, its always Mum when they are ill, bless them.....Hope that your other two are ok and have company to take care of them, unless Tammy is old enough to cope, bless her, she's a rock to you....(look at her Mum, for you have brought her up to be the girl she is!) Shell, try to get some rest tonight, have the hospital got you a bed with Jordan, or at least a recliner chair, as with your arm the way it is you should try to lie down if possible.....take care, honey
