Can't sleep at all, 10 weeks post treatment . Was doing so well with side effects. However been getting pains in ears throat and neck . Feels like a roller coaster i cant get off .

Am sorry to hear that you have been struggling to sleep and are getting some pains in your ears, throat and neck.
Have you contacted your doctor for advice? It may be an idea to get some support and checked out just to see if these are expected side effects and whether there is anything that may help them settle.
It may also be an idea to post in the Head and Neck group as there maybe others who have gone through similar. I see you are already a member of that group.
