Hi ive notice that from ive had my operation when i have sex theres practically litte to no semen coming out, it makes me feel less of a man so to say., ive said to the doctor about this. i have read up on this and found out if you have a total colectomy or large bowel removal which i had it can effect your semen or sperm count. because of nerve damage caused by the procedure. i also had two hernia operations one in my stomach and one in my lower abdomen. has anyone else experienced this
