I have a few symptoms that I am becoming increasingly worried about, they are lower back pain, low stomach pain, urine infection, bleeding after intercause, tiredness. I am menopause and have not had a period since 2020.
Hi Emc08 and I'm sorry to read that you have symptoms which are concerning you. Have you seen your GP?
I find it increasingly harder to get appointments, I did have a phone appointment a while ago about the urine infection and bleeding, was given antibiotics but no further investigation
It can be a challenge to get a doctor's appointment but you must persist if your symptoms haven't gone away or have got worse.
You might find this blog that Macmillan have produced on how to advocate for yourself when speaking to health professionals useful. It gives you tips on things like how to ask questions, share concerns and get yourself heard.
