Husbands first oncologist visit today. Lovely lass. Ex military family so we got along well (both of us are ex military). Just waiting for his first blood test and first appointment in a couple of weeks. If I can tie in with my visit to the stoma girls on the same day that would be great. The side effects don't appear to be as bad as I thought. She said Martin would be under her care forever. First chemo appointment all day so after visit to stoma girls I'll will have a lot of time to spare!

I'm glad to read that your husband's visit to his oncologist went well today but I wondered if you meant to post this in the bowel cancer group, where I can see you've posted before.
